We use Citrix ShareFile to ensure that your documents stay secure. You can use this service to send all large documents, including client backups, PDFs, spreadsheets, and other files of this nature. Before sending anything, please contact our office for a direct link to confirm that your attachments will be received by the CPA you are working with.

When sending your backups and/or accountant’s copy please remember the file extension should read:

  • QuickBooks  –  Accountant’s Copy – filename.qbx
  • Backup  –  filename.qbb
  • Peachtree/Sage50  –  Backup   –  filename.ptb
